RETURN POLICY

At KneeDeep Apparel, we want you to be 100% happy with your gear. If your item isn’t quite right or doesn’t fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

No returns will be accepted after this timeframe, so please check your order as soon as it arrives. We recommend reading the product descriptions carefully and checking the size guide before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.


Change of Mind & Size Exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind or chosen the wrong size, we’re happy to offer:

  • Store credit for change-of-mind returns
  • Exchange if you need a different size (subject to stock availability)

For these returns:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us straight away. Once assessed and approved:

  • We will replace, exchange, or refund your item, and
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase must be included in the parcel.
  • All returns and exchanges must be approved via email before sending your item back.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at kneedeepagwear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Whether you would like an exchange (and which size) or store credit
