SHIPPING POLICY

KneeDeep Apparel offers both standard and express postage options. All orders are shipped through Australia Post. 

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be sent within Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and lodged, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Please allow additional processing and delivery time during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year. Any extended delays will be clearly noted on our website.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays, transit damage, or lost items. For updates on delivery timeframes or service interruptions, please refer directly to Australia Post.
